Stuck in the cycle

If you’ve tried every self-help book, attended countless workshops or worked with multiple therapists—only to find yourself circling the same patterns—I understand. I’ve been there.

Before pursuing formal training, I spent years navigating my own inner world. I unraveled long-held patterns, questioned ingrained beliefs and reconnected with parts of myself I’d forgotten or never fully known. That personal process is what led me to this work—and it’s what fuels my passion today.

I’ve completed over 500 hours of training through a master’s program in spiritual psychology and have additional training in hypnotherapy methods inspired by the consciousness-based, regression-style work developed by leaders in the field like Paul Aurand. This approach goes beyond surface-level suggestion—inviting people into the deeper, wiser parts of themselves where real healing and insight live.

I’m especially passionate about helping people rediscover who they are by working with the subconscious mind.

Through hypnotherapy, we access the deeper layers—the ones that often shape how you think, feel and act without you even realizing it. When someone uncovers what’s been quietly running in the background, it’s remarkable to watch things shift. Clarity emerges, longstanding patterns begin to soften and new possibilities open up. Hypnotherapy can target an issue and bring it to resolution much faster than in a regular talk therapy style setting.

Astrology is offered as a supportive lens for those who are curious. While it’s not the core of my work, it can offer surprisingly grounded insights into personal patterns and purpose.

My clients tend to be self-aware, insightful and ready for something deeper. They’ve done some inner work—but they know they’re still circling something and they’re ready to move through it.

If that sounds like you, I’d love to work together. My goal is to get you back on your feet as swiftly as possible— so you don’t need me anymore.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be

Start living like you mean it.

Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.
